Process Architect/Process Champion

Our client, a very large global technology company is going through a large transformation of their development/engineering processes from waterfall to Agile and hybrid (bi-modal) implementation. During this transformation, there is a need for someone who can take on the role of a process champion who can do process definitions, optimize current processes, modernize the way the requirements and development process happens to effectively create efficiency in the development community.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on process improvements, team effectiveness and technical solutions.
Ensure that the team maintains compliance with Change Management, Software Development Life Cycle and development standards including leading reviews, developing, and reviewing implementation plans and contingency plans.
Development and Delivery of Communication plans to ensure stakeholders are prepared for change.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and improving business service capability and end-to-end processes.
Experience leveraging industry standard methodologies in the areas of Business Architecture, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Outsourcing and/or Change Management.
Expertise in a variety of modeling techniques to capture process, business rules, requirements, information flow, etc. Examples include BPMN process models, use cases, class diagrams, state diagrams, fishbone diagrams, etc.
Proven track record of driving transformation of delivery through adoption of Agile development practices.
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Development and Delivery of Communication plans to ensure stakeholders are prepared for change.
Excellent experience in agile/scrum methodology and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Must have two full end-to-end Agile Transformation experience as process architect CMMI, COBIT, LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma
